With each project, there are the inevitable constraints of time, money and human capital. We continually ask: Given this construction budget and fee, how can we produce the best work possible? With that as our ignition point, we’re fierce about putting the right people on the design challenge quickly and early to set strategy. Client needs drive the exploration with a keen focus on how to deliver the greatest value. We create methods of doing things differently when we know the situation demands an unconventional approach.

Example: Pre-Bond Planning, North Clackamas School District Bond

The district’s pre-bond planning called for an unusual approach. We identified that the most resource-efficient path for the project was to form a tight architectural ideation team. A handful of senior staff members collaborated over a single day and reached three different solutions with precision, speed and grace.
