Benefits
As a firm, we support our teams with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. You’ll find this out through our interview process as we provide pay transparency to our staff and with candidates. We pay 100% of our employee’s insurance costs, provide 401(k)-match that is immediately vested, and generous profit-sharing bonuses. Along with traditional benefits, we are committed to providing flexible options for remote work. We match eligible charitable giving, and employees have dedicated paid hours each year for volunteering to use.

Professional Development
We value life-long learning, and to support professional development we cover the costs of licensure and certification for architects and interior designers, as well as professional membership dues. All staff can engage one-on-one mentorship and utilize paid continuing education benefits. Weekly in-house training is provided on a variety of topics, as well as weekly all staff and design-focus meetings.
