This innovative healthcare campus – comprised of 175-bed acute-care hospital, outpatient center and medical office building – will provide convenient, integrated care for the growing Issaquah/Sammamish community.
The master plan ensures that the compact site is utilized to its fullest, creating a foundation for phased development of the campus over time. The program is organized around a modular planning grid, with three wings positioned to capture daylight and spectacular views of surrounding foothills, forest and lakes. These patient towers and adjacent clinical wing are proportioned to allow porosity and define a series of courtyards that strengthen connection between enclosed medical spaces and this remarkable natural setting.
