With thoughtful leadership and a deep understanding of the firm’s core purpose, Erica is instrumental in shaping Mahlum’s vision and brand. With more than 30 years of professional experience, she works closely with firm leadership to translate strategy into clear, compelling stories that articulate who Mahlum is and the impact its work has on communities.
Erica leads the firm’s brand repositioning initiatives, oversees complex project and award submissions, and directs the firm’s digital communications and media presence. In her role as Director of Brand and Communications, she partners with the firm’s owners to strengthen alignment between vision, strategy, and storytelling, elevating Mahlum’s voice and increasing brand awareness both internally and externally.
