With thoughtful leadership and a deep understanding of the firm’s core purpose, Erica is instrumental in crafting Mahlum’s vision and brand. With almost 30 years of professional experience, she collaborates to create successful storytelling surrounding brand repositioning, leads complex project and award submissions, and spearheads all of Mahlum’s digital communication and media. In her role as Director of Brand and Communications, Erica works with the firm’s owners in furthering the firm’s vision and increase brand awareness both internally and externally.
Erica is also an active member of Mahlum’s Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Continuing Education Committee – a group whose goal is to establish recurring learning opportunities that build intercultural competencies and make JEDI an integral component of Mahlum’s culture and projects.
