Located at the intersection of academic campus and the bustling University District, this mixed-use student housing development integrates the best of both worlds. Spread across four blocks West of 15th, the new live/learn community integrates layers of public and private amenities to vitalize the neighborhood and enrich student life. Buildings are designed to embrace and animate the outdoor environment, offering fluidity of movement through sites and a porosity that weaves the urban experience into and through the housing facilities. Inside, the design provides students with diverse private, meeting and social spaces, offering planned and serendipitous opportunities for students to engage in social, academic and civic growth.
